Commercial clarity
for decisions that carry weight.

Meridian Decision Sciences is an independent decision-science platform focused on helping pharma teams make defensible decisions across pricing, market access, launch strategy, and AI-enabled commercial analytics.

Built on 18+ years inside the commercial decisions that move portfolios.

ABOUT

Every pricing decision, launch sequence, and adherence model is a bet on a line of reasoning — Meridian exists to make that line defensible.

Meridian Decision Sciences was founded on 18+ years of pharma commercial experience across market access, pricing, real-world evidence, omnichannel strategy, and decision science — including building and scaling a commercial analytics practice of 50+ specialists supporting a $40M+ portfolio across oncology, immunology, rare disease, and specialty therapy areas.

The conviction is simple: pharma teams don't win because they have more data. They win because they can turn data into a decision, quickly, defensibly, and at the right level of the organization.

Meridian is an independent thought-leadership and advisory platform — built alongside, not instead of, a focus on senior in-house leadership roles.

TRACK RECORD

Three decisions, measured in outcomes.

A meridian is a reference line — a fixed point you can navigate from. These are ours.

CORRIDOR 01
$10–15M

IRP corridor re-sequencing, EU biosimilar launch

Protected margin by re-sequencing a European biosimilar launch to lead with Germany over Switzerland — restructuring the international reference pricing corridor before it could compound downward.

CORRIDOR 02
$1M → $14M

Specialty pharmacy network scale-up

Scaled a specialty pharmacy commercial network from under $1M to $14M in revenue across 22 sites, rebuilding the operating and engagement model site by site.

CORRIDOR 03
25–30%

Adherence lift via XGBoost segmentation

Built a machine learning segmentation model distinguishing financial dropout from clinical dropout — turning a single undifferentiated adherence problem into two solvable ones.

ADVISORY

Where we work.

Three practice areas, one underlying discipline: turning commercial ambiguity into a decision someone can stand behind.

01

Pricing & Market Access

Global pricing strategy, IRP corridor design, gross-to-net modeling, and payer negotiation support.

  • International reference pricing strategy
  • Gross-to-net & rebate architecture
  • Payer & formulary readiness
02

Launch & Commercial Analytics

Launch sequencing, forecasting, and the commercial infrastructure that determines whether a launch meets its curve.

  • Launch readiness & sequencing
  • Demand forecasting
  • Specialty pharmacy & channel strategy
03

AI & Decision Intelligence

Applied machine learning and omnichannel decisioning for patient adherence, HCP engagement, and next-best-action models.

  • Patient segmentation & adherence modeling
  • Omnichannel next-best-action design
  • Decision intelligence & CoE architecture
PORTFOLIO

Proof of work, built in public.

A growing library of pharma commercial analytics models, published as they are built.

MODEL 01

IRP Cascade Simulator

Simulates how a single list price decision cascades across international reference pricing baskets, quantifying downstream corridor risk.

MODEL 02

Gross-to-Net Rolling Model

A rolling GTN forecasting engine that tracks rebate erosion and net price trajectory across payer channels over time.

MODEL 03

Payer Landscape Readiness Scorecard

Structured framework for scoring formulary and payer readiness ahead of a launch, built from real access-strategy criteria.
